Open data

I am concerned with Open Science, that is Open Access to Data, Code and publications. I try to promote it in my Institute and in my practice of science.

A couple of talks I gave about it:

  • General principles of Open Science  (JS2018, iEES Paris, Versailles) pdf
  • How and why doing Open Science in our Institute (Café Méthodo, iEES Paris) pdf

You can find in this section several databases about earthworm ecology.

This section is under development.
  • Bouché 1972 is a database on the distribution of earthworms species in France according to Bouché 1972
  • Landscape genetics: data on genetic profile (microsatelites) of A. chlorotica and A.icterica
  • EGrowth is a database on body growth curves of earthworms
